You stood by me in hardship

You were right there when things were good;

you were a part of all my joys

and all my sorrows you laid apart;

You read me like a book

You were my friend until the end,

but somewhere in our friendship there was lot of mend;

Even though we were far a part now,

It's like to thank you for all you were to me

and all you were a part of,

Cause I know that I'll never find
